After you connect Garmin, you get one link. Put that link in Claude, ChatGPT, or your coding app.
- Open claude.ai on your phone or computer.
- Open Settings.
- Open Connectors.
- Tap Add custom connector.
- Paste your Garmin MCP link and select Continue.
- Keep No sign-in selected and select Add. Your link is your key, so keep it to yourself.
- Ask: “How did I sleep last night?”
- Open ChatGPT on the web (Pro).
- Turn on developer mode in Settings if ChatGPT asks for it.
- Open Apps or Connectors.
- Add a custom connector and paste your Garmin MCP link.
- Ask about yesterday’s run.

- In a terminal, run:
